Alright so like kids being tried as adult thats a little sketchy, considering if the kid is convicted he goes to jail. Do you know what kind of people are there? Yea pedophiles, rapists, murderers, ect. not a good place for a kid/young adult. In terms of the new law yes, the age should be raised to 18. But, if the kid is a frequent offender, and shows no form of rehabilitation, lock them up. Ok, thats harsh I mean repeat as in violent crimes not Non-Violent crimes.
